Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce Seeks Nominations for 2013 Hometown Christmas Parade Grand Marshal
The Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for a special area resident who will lead the historic Rochester Hometown Christmas Parade down Main Street on December 1, 2013. Nominees should be individuals, or a couple, who stand out for their generous gift of time and talent and who have made a positive impact on the community. Those interested in nominating the parade Grand Marshal should complete the nomination form along with three paragraphs detailing the nominee’s community involvement and their contributions to the greater Rochester community. Nominees should be a resident of Rochester, Rochester Hills or Oakland Township. Nominations forms should be submitted to the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce at 71 Walnut, Suite 110, Rochester, MI 48307. Nominations can be faxed to 248-651-5270 or emailed to info@rrc-mi.com.
Nomination forms must be sent in by Friday, April 5, 2013. Nomination forms can be downloaded at the above PDF link or by contacting the Chamber office.
Besides leading the historic parade down Rochester Road/Main Street in Rochester Hills and Rochester and the winner will be honored at the annual Grand Marshal reception, held at Great Oaks Country Club located at 777 Great Oaks Blvd, Rochester, MI 48307.
