SCORE, Counselors to America's Small Business, has almost 400 chapters throughout the United States, with other 10,500 volunteers nationwide.  Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors.

SCOREoffers entrepreneurs face-to-face counseling at no charge.  This includes counseling those starting a new business, those growing an existing business or those having problems with an existing business. Volunteer counselors have had successful careers as executives and business owners and wish to sharge their wisdome and lessons learned in business.  Your counselor will meet with you personall, confidentially and as frequently as necessary to define and analyze your opportunities and help you find the solutions. 

Rochester Business Assistance Team (RBAT)

The Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee has established a team to assist business in all areas of business. The program is modeled after the Business Assistance Team program of the Rochester Downtown Development Authority and National City Bank.
